Sales Policy

All items we sell require professional installation and or mechanical aptitude.  Please make sure you not only have the tools and instruction, but the comfort and skill to complete the repairs without causing damage.

 No IC's or electronic components or assemblies are accepted for return at all.   We do not accept returns of any other products that are used, improperly installed or damaged and we are not responsible for any damage as a result of use or installation of our parts unless installed by LA SynthCo and warranty is expressed prior to purchase.  

Returns and exchanges must be initiated no later than 15 days of receipt of items.  

Orders purchased through PayPal are subject to PayPal's processing fees. Returns or cancelled orders not caused by defect or error by LA SynthCo will be refunded less  Paypal's current service charges.

Any refunds given will only come after the item is returned and inspected by LA SynthCo at our facilities in Los Angeles, CA. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded by LA SynthCo unless refunded by the carrier . Photos are not acceptable in place of physical inspection even in cases of international orders. 

Restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns, and any item refused return will be returned at the customers expense.

All shipping and handling costs from wrong or mis-entered addresses or info are the customers resonsibility.  If customer declines reshipment, the items will be refunded less shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Shipping address must match payment address, or be a known or verifiable service center or synth shop.

We do not forge shipping documents or make false statements on shipping documents to skirt tax laws. Don't ask.

All items are tested for fit and function prior to shipment to guarantee our customers a high quality product.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the items have been tendered to their respective carrier.  It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the shipment address is a secure location.

Packages are not considered lost until after 60 days. Only after this time are refunds or reshipping orders done.

Finished wood products (when available) take time to make as they are stained to order and may take several days before shipping depending on weather conditions.  If you have a restricted timeline, please ask before ordering.

We cannot process requests for tax-exemptions for businesses.  Businesses will have to handle that on their end.

We ship Tuesday and Thursday most weeks. So ask before placing an order if you have a restricted timeline.  Due to our limited shipping staff, we may or may not be able to accomodate that at this time.

Any questions should be directed to us prior to ordering.

Cancellations are subject to fees from their respective processor.  These fees vary from 3%-5%

We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone. Especially if youre rude.
