This is one of likely one Roland Jupiter 6 with 8 voices. It was a custom project made by Roland engineers in the 80s. Usually the JP-6 has a 2 voice board and a 4 voice board, but this one has custom code and a fully populated second 4 voice board for more polyphony or two 4 voice splits. It also has a custom RAM mod that gives you 3x the patch banks for more patch storage.
The synth itself is in good shape. There are a handful of slider caps that don't match (from Juno 106 and JX3P) but that's only cosmetic. It is fully functional with no issues.
